TIKZN Export Market Entry Strategy programme for the processed foods and natural ingredients sector

This programme to be rolled out by SIPPO’s BSO partner, Trade and Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) in February 2020, forms part of TIKZN’s export promotion activities for KZN companies and is a result of SIPPO’s capacity building workshops in 2018 and programme framework development in 2019.

The objective of the programme is to enable companies to develop their own market-entry-strategy plans for export to Europe and other international markets. The programme will involve:

  • interactive workshops;
  • development of individual company export market entry strategies;
  • site-visits to the participating companies to finalise individual export market entry strategies;
  • envisaged participation in a Selling Mission to Europe.
